established boutique catering company seeks culinary and hospitality focused individual to help contribute towards our success. Full time position with full availability including weekends needed. we typically work 10am to 5pm during the week preparing food from recipes and conducting private tastings for our potential clients. usually weekends are the event days where we work longer hours, typically 11am to 11pm. very physical work where heavy lifting is involved. we don't pre heat our food for events, we build a working kitchen at each event and finish the food as last minute as possible. we pride ourselves on serving very high quality catering food. we work at all of Atlanta's most prestigious event facilities and cater to a discerning clientele. we take our work very seriously without being too corporate about it. we build gratuity into all of our events and evenly divide it between entire event staff. serve safe certified is a huge bonus, catering experience also a plus but not necessary. good driving record and ability to safely drive cargo vans and small box trucks a plus. looking for someone that can grow into an event manager or already has the capability. owner operated for 23 years. endive catering
