Reports To: Floor Manager / Kitchen Manager

Position Summary

The Busser / Dishwasher plays a vital support role in daily restaurant operations. This position ensures a clean, organized dining room and kitchen while assisting the service and culinary teams to keep service running smoothly. Ideal candidates are reliable, fast-paced, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Busser Duties
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers by refilling water, removing used dishes, and maintaining table cleanliness
• Keep dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
• Support guest experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned

Dishwasher Duties
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dish station, kitchen floors, and trash areas
• Ensure sanitation standards and health department regulations are followed
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed

Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule
• Starting pay: $17 per hour + weekly tip share
• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required
