Sales Position At Blue Diamond Pawn Shop

We are seeking a dedicated Pawn Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Bilingual skills are a plus for this role.

Duties
- Engage with customers to assess items for pawn or sale
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase items to customers
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with clients
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain stock levels and organize inventory effectively
