Tropics Mini Golf is seeking a full-time Manager to oversee daily operations at our outdoor mini golf course and food service operation in Aiea. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys staying active, interacting with guests, and keeping both people and operations running smoothly.

This is not a desk job — you’ll be on the course and involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage staff scheduling and daily coverage
• Train, supervise, and support team members
• Oversee daily operations and guest experience
• Handle inventory management and restocking
• Prepare bank deposits and obtain change as needed
• Coordinate occasional local food and supply runs
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on company policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Open and close the facility as scheduled
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Qualifications
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Food service, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment
• Full-time position
• Schedule includes a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts based on business needs
• Busier during school breaks and summer months
• Outdoor work environment

Nice to Haves
• Experience using Square Register
• Familiarity with Square scheduling or staffing tools
• Food handling or food prep experience
