Job Description
Grade A & Grade B Technicians β 1099 β Weekly Pay
Location: Riverside / Hemet / San Jacinto & surrounding areas
Pay: $50 per hour β paid per customer-billed labor hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly β Paid Mondays for all work completed by Saturday night
Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
We are a growing automotive repair operation seeking experienced Grade A and Grade B mechanics who want uncapped earning potential and straightforward, production-based pay.

π§ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ General auto repair & advanced diagnostics
β’ Engine work, suspension, brakes, cooling systems
β’ Electrical and drivability diagnostics (Grade A preferred)
β’ Engine swaps & major repairs (qualified techs)
β’ Mobile and/or shop-based repairs depending on workload

π° PAY STRUCTURE (CLEAR & SIMPLE)
β’ $50 per billed labor hour
β’ Paid only on actual hours billed to customers
β’ No flat-rate manipulation
β’ Strong producers routinely bill 40β60+ hours/week
Example Earnings:
β’ 40 billed hours = $2,000/week
β’ 60 billed hours = $3,000/week
