FedEx Ground – Linehaul Team Drivers Needed (Full-Time)

We are an independent FedEx Ground contractor seeking Team CDL Drivers for DEDICATED linehaul runs (tractor-trailer). If you’re a safe, reliable driver who enjoys steady miles and predictable schedules, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time, Team Drivers, 5 days a week
Routes: Dedicated FedEx Ground Linehaul (no-touch freight)
Home Time: Weekly

Pay & Benefits:
.77 a mile (4350-5500 per week)
Paid time off after first year of employment

Requirements:
Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (or as required by FedEx Ground)
Clean MVR & background
Doubles endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass DOT drug screen and road test
Strong communication & teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
Operate tractor cab with double enclosed trailers.
Safely transport trailers to and from FedEx Terminals
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all safety equipment is functioning properly.
Physically able to move trailer dollies.
Maintain accurate records of runs, times, and any issues that may have arisen during transport.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols.
Work effectively with dispatchers and other team members to manage delivery schedules and optimize runs.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety and a willingness to follow established procedures.
