Commission Sales Rep – Post Construction Cleaning (Builders )

This is a commission-based role for someone comfortable visiting construction sites and speaking directly with builders and contractors.

We are a growing cleaning company specializing in post-construction cleaning. We are looking for a motivated person to go out into the field and bring in new jobs and contracts from builders, contractors, and property managers.

What you’ll do:

Visit construction sites and new builds

Talk to builders, superintendents, and contractors

Introduce our post-construction cleaning services

Help secure new cleaning jobs and contracts

Follow up with potential clients

What we’re looking for:

Confident talking to people

Self-motivated and reliable

Comfortable walking job sites

Sales or construction experience is a plus (not required)

Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS

Pay:

Commission per job or contract closed

Strong earning potential
