High-Level B2B Sales Consultant - Sovereign Business Advisors

Are you a seasoned sales professional who is tired of selling "commodities" and wants to start selling high-value solutions? Sovereign Business Advisors is a premier consulting firm that specializes in tax strategy and cost-segregation for mid-sized business owners. We help companies find hidden capital and reduce their tax liabilities, which means we aren't asking them to spend money—we are showing them how to save it.

We are currently expanding our flagship office and looking for two articulate, professional, and highly motivated Sales Consultants to join our elite team. This is not a "churn and burn" call center environment. This is a professional office where you will be engaging in high-level conversations with CEOs, CFOs, and business owners across various industries including manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare.

What the Role Entails:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for businesses seeking our expertise. We spend heavily on national marketing, which means you will be walking into a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified leads. You will be responsible for:

* Conducting thorough discovery calls to understand the financial landscape of a prospect's business.
* Educating business owners on complex tax strategies and financial incentives they are currently missing.
* Working alongside our team of tax analysts to present customized savings proposals via Zoom.
* Managing a professional sales cycle from the initial consultation through to the final agreement signature.
* Maintaining long-term relationships to encourage referrals and future consulting opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:
We hire for character and drive above all else. However, our most successful consultants typically share the following traits:
* At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or consultative environment (Real Estate, Insurance, or Financial Services backgrounds thrive here).
* Exceptional communication skills. You must be able to speak confidently about financial topics and maintain a professional demeanor.
* A "closer" mentality. We provide the leads and the support, but we need you to be the one to ask for the commitment and secure the deal.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
We believe that the best talent deserves the best compensation. Our pay structure is transparent, uncapped, and designed to reward high performers.
* Base Salary: $65,000 guaranteed annual salary paid bi-weekly.
* Commission: 15% uncapped commission on all revenue generated.
* First Year OTE: Our average first-year consultants earn between $115,000 and $145,000. Our top veterans are consistently clearing $200k+.
* Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% company match, and 3 weeks of paid time off per year.
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
