Minimum 2 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher

Strong load booking strategy

Proven experience with street loads

Excellent RPM management skills

Strong negotiation and market awareness

Clear communication with drivers and brokers

Key Responsibilities:

Book and manage street loads efficiently

Maximize RPM through smart lane and rate decisions

Dispatch drivers and manage daily operations

Negotiate rates and secure profitable freight

Monitor loads and resolve issues in real time

Maintain strong relationships with brokers and drivers
