Ten No Meshi – Kyoto Wagyu Tonkatsu is opening its first U.S. location in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, and we are hiring FOH & BOH staff for our Grand Opening team.
Rooted in Kyoto’s rich culinary heritage, Ten No Meshi delivers authentic Wagyu Tonkatsu paired with refined Japanese hospitality.
We are looking for passionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals who want to grow with a new restaurant from day one.

(WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR)

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Team player with good communication skills

Restaurant experience preferred (not required for all positions)

Interest in Japanese cuisine and hospitality is a plus

Availability for opening period and flexible scheduling
