During a Typical Day, You’ll:
Use proven consultative sales techniques to guide customers to the right tax solutions
Clearly and professionally communicate product benefits and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, including in-person tax preparation or cloud-based self-service products
Focus on ethical, customer-first interactions that drive sales while building trust and long-term relationships

What You Bring:
2+ years of sales experience
Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
Strong decision-making skills with a focus on growth opportunities
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfort using computers and digital systems
Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ (required)
What You Can Expect:
Monday–Friday, B2B schedule
Starting base pay of $22.50/hour, plus performance-based bonus opportunities
Ongoing training, coaching, and career development support
