🔎 Role Overview
Call/text warm leads (families requesting coverage info)


Conduct simple needs-based consultations


Help clients choose the right plan


Submit applications online (takes ~15–30 mins)


Commissions typically paid within 24–72 hours after approval


This is a 1099, performance-based position — your income is determined by your effort, skill, and consistency.
