As a Transportation Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing daily freight operations, coordinating carriers, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery for cross-border shipments between Mexico and the United States. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who want to build a long-term career in logistics and transportation.
No prior brokerage experience is required; we provide hands-on training and direct exposure to real-world freight operations.

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage is a plus (not required)

What you’ll do:
• Coordinate daily freight movements from pickup to delivery
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Support cross-border (MX–USA) transportation operations
• Negotiate rates and capacity with carriers when needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customer requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
• Use TMS and internal systems to manage and track loads

What you need:
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Willingness to work 100% in-office in Nogales, AZ
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills; logistics systems experience is a plus
