Time Market - building janitor

Busy market and restaurant seeks an experienced cleaner to care for the interior and exterior of the building. Some training will be provided as well as a routine schedule of tasks such as window cleaning, dusting, sweeping and power washing, however experienced candidates with an eye for detail, a sense of urgency and initiative will be most happy in this busy and dynamic environment. Some light Maintenance abilities would be a plus; the changing of filters, cleaning of condensing units, and possible other light repair.

Must be available in early morning hours as some cleaning must be done prior to 7am store opening, occasional evening availability for oven and hood cleaning is desired.
