Position Overview Our Logistics company is seeking an experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our warehouse operations. This role oversees receiving activities, supervises associates, and ensures daily targets, safety, and SOPs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse associates in receiving, shipping, picking, and/or packing

Assign tasks, manage staffing levels, and follow up on productivity

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and PPE compliance

Handle urgent operational issues and provide clear status reporting

Track productivity and inventory using WMS and basic Excel

Requirements:

2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

Strong execution, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Basic knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel

Comfortable enforcing safety policies (forklift safety if applicable)

Must be able to work night shift and be on-site
