Mechanical Assembler – (Full‑Time, Contract‑to‑Hire)

We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a full‑time, onsite role in Lancaster. This position is ideal for someone reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with hand and power tools. You will be preparing, positioning, assembling, and inspecting components to support high‑quality production.

📌 Schedule & Pay

- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

- Overtime: Available as needed

- Pay: $16.50–$17.00/hr DOE

- Pay Type: Weekly

✔️ Requirements

- Ability to read and use a measuring tape

- Experience with hand tools and power tools

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Background in construction, general labor, landscaping, or manufacturing is a plus
