Crew Member (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

We’re hiring a strong Crew Member who can handle both cooking and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who can sell confidently, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and keep up during rushes.

Requirements (must have)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous cooking/line or grill experience (required)
• Customer service + sales/upselling experience (required)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Able to work on your feet, move quickly, and lift up to ~30 lbs

What you’ll do
• Take orders, operate POS, and upsell (meals, fries, drinks, add-ons)
• Cook and assemble orders to Charleys standards (grill/line/fryer as needed)
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
• Work as a team and keep speed + accuracy during peak hours
