Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with retail and shipping experience to join our team! Must have a California Notary license . Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL shipping is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate has:

* Strong retail sales and customer service experience
* Ability to cross-sell and upsell products and services
* Excellent multi-tasking and attention to detail skills
* Proficiency in computers, copiers, fax machines, and printers
* A high school diploma or GED

PostalAnnex is a family-owned shipping and business service center offering greeting cards, gifts, mailbox rentals, and more. Every day brings new challenges, so we need someone who can think on their feet and adapt quickly.

This is a fast-paced role with minimal downtime, requiring a steady workflow, multitasking, and problem-solving throughout the day. If you enjoy variety, this could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone.
· Assist with shipping services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)
· Handle notary and Live Scan services (if certified).
· Take passport photos and process related services.
· Sort and distribute mail and packages.
· Manage stocking and inventory.
· Operate copiers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
· Perform basic math and spelling tasks accurately.
· Stand and walk throughout the store for extended periods.
· Lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs.
