Dispatcher needed for multiple construction companies

Positions Available:

Woodland Hills- Dispatcher/Lead Manager, Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Friday: 8:00AM-2:00PM, $4,000-$5,000 per month depending on experience plus commission.

Encino- Dispatch Manager, Sunday-Friday, Must be available after hours by phone. (Sundays are remote), $6,000-$8,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.

Studio City- Dispatch Assistant, Sunday- 8:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM-5:00PM, $800-$1000 per week plus bonuses.

Los Angeles- Dispatcher, Sunday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (Sundays are remote), $5,000-$8,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.

Duties:
1. Contacting customers prior to sales appointments to build rapport and prepare them for the sale. 
2. Collecting detailed information: measurements, pricing, product types, and required customizations.
3. Understanding customer needs and guiding them accordingly.
4. Transferring leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
5. Working directly with the sales team’s scheduling system.

Requirements:
1. 1+ year experience as a Dispatcher in the construction field.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Ability to work with potential clients and sales team.
4. Must have telemarketing experience.
6. Sales experience is a plus!
7. Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment, and quick learner.
8. Spanish is a plus.
9. Experience with CRM.
