Start: ASAPDuration: Open-ended with the possibility of conversion to direct hireHours: 37.5 hours per week (Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed)Pay: $46.53-$58.17/hour, depending on experienceConversion Salary Range: $90,733-$126,750/year, depending on experiencePosition SummaryThis position supports a busy team handling probate matters, trust administration, and probate litigation. The Probate, Trusts & Estates Paralegal will assist attorneys in estate administrations and support the office's Probate Litigation group on a variety of matters. The firm is looking for an experienced professional who can step into a high-volume workflow with strong drafting abilities, excellent organization, and California probate experience.
