Production Artist / Screen Printing Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our internal production team. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with basic 1–2 color artwork and willing to assist hands-on in a screen-printing environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and revise simple 1–2 color artwork proofs for internal production
Send artwork proofs via email
Prepare files for screen printing (basic production readiness)
Assist on the screen-printing machine as needed (training provided if necessary)
Support general production workflow and deadlines
Requirements:
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (or similar vector software)
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Willingness to assist both digitally and hands-on in the shop
Preferred (but not required):
Prior screen-printing or production experience

Ability to multitask and take direction well
