Hiring Towing Dispatchers

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our towing team. You’ll be the central point of communication between customers, drivers, and management — coordinating calls, assigning jobs, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

-Answer incoming service calls and gather accurate job details
-Dispatch tow trucks and roadside assistance units efficiently
-Track driver locations and job statuses
-Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and vendors
-Enter call details into dispatch software / logs
-Prioritize emergency and high-priority calls
-Provide excellent customer service at all times
-Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
-Previous dispatch or customer service experience preferred (towing/transport a plus)
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations
-Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience helpful)
-Dependable, professional, and organized
-Flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
