A busy, well-established restaurant in Sherman Oaks is seeking an experienced Kitchen Expediter to support our back-of-house and ensure smooth, efficient service during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating orders between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper plating before dishes leave the line
• Managing ticket flow and maintaining pace during busy service periods
• Communicating clearly and professionally with cooks, servers, and managers
• Maintaining a clean, organized expo station throughout the shift

Ideal candidates will:
• Have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellent service
