Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to support our growing healthcare payment processing business. This part-time role is ideal for a strong communicator who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and enjoys working directly with customers while supporting internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new healthcare merchants and guide them through setup
• Manage and respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
• Assist the leadership team with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Help identify customer needs and ensure smooth issue resolution
Qualifications & Skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, proactive, and professional
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
