On-Site Resident Manager – 116-Unit Property

We are seeking an experienced and reliable On-Site Resident Manager to oversee a 116-unit apartment community in Canoga Park. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with property management experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent resident service.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment building.

Handle resident concerns, requests, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Ensure building compliance with safety, fire, and local housing regulations.

Collect rents and maintain accurate financial and occupancy records.

Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors and contractors.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in property management or as a resident manager is preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of building maintenance and landlord-tenant laws.

Must be reliable, professional, and resident-focused.
