Job Title: Dental Back Office Staff (Bilingual)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable bilingual back office team member to join our dental office in Huntington Beach California

No prior dental experience is required, and we are happy to train the right candidate. You’ll be working with a supportive, kind, and welcoming team 🥰

Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentist during procedures (chairside assisting)
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take and process dental X-rays if needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support back office and clinical tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish OR Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Willingness to learn dental assisting skills and procedures
• Ability to work well with patients and clinical team members
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Dental assisting certificate or X-ray license is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
• Hourly position starting at $XX per hour
• Bonus program available for employees who perform well and exceed expectations
