Property Assistant – Residential Rentals (Part-Time)

We are a family-run property management company seeking a dependable and experienced Property Assistant to help oversee residential rental homes in the Sacramento and Placer County areas.
This is a part-time (with a flexible schedule), field-based position for someone who is organized, responsible, and familiar with rental property operations.
Responsibilities Include:
• Property inspections (routine, move-in, move-out)
• Coordinating and scheduling maintenance and service needs
• Assisting with renting to new tenants
• Lease renewals
• Serving notices and assisting with eviction processes
• Traveling between properties as needed
Requirements:
• Experience with residential rental properties is required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• Comfortable handling tenant-related issues when necessary
Preferred (Not Required):
• Maintenance or handyman experience for small, on-call service work
(May include additional compensation)
Compensation:
• Pay based on experience
• Part-time hours
• Opportunity for additional compensation for maintenance-related work
