Job Description
We are looking for an experienced deckhand to join the team for our 2026 fishing season.
MUST:
-Have 2 years minimum offshore fishing experience
-Have reliable transportation
-NOT get seasick
-Work well in a team environment
-Be able to take direction and constructive criticism
-Be able to work long hours
-Be ok with being away from home for extended periods of time.
-Have experience cutting/ filleting fish
-Be able to confidently rig all different kinds of set ups with ease.
-Have excellent customer service skills
