Job Description
We are a small property management company looking for an experienced leasing agent to lease up vacant units. Units are located from rancho san diego, city heights, north park and pacific beach.
Responsibilities will include
1. Coordinating with maintenance to get units rent ready.
2. Taking photos of rent ready units.
3. Posting units for rent.
4. Responding to inquiries.
5. Showing units.
6. Processing applications and sending leases.
We will pay an hourly rate plus a commission of 200.00 per unit leased.
