About the Role
Alicante Workforce, a professional recruitment agency specializing in construction staffing, is hiring experienced General Laborers to support commercial construction site clean-up and material handling. These positions start immediately, and reliable performance can lead to long-term placement opportunities with our clients.

Responsibilities
Perform daily construction site clean-up, debris removal, and general labor support

Assist trades and site supervisors with basic tasks as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety procedures and comply with site policies

Operate hand tools and equipment appropriate for general labor tasks

Support material staging, unloading, and movement around the site

Requirements
Previous construction experience required (commercial experience preferred)

Must have reliable transportation and be able to report to job sites on time

Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) including:

Work boots

Gloves

Safety glasses/eye protection

Hard hat (preferred; can be provided for some sites)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to take direction

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
