Property Management Manager

Pemberley Realty is seeking a motivated, dependable, and people-oriented individual to join our
team as a Property Management / Manager. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly
organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position
plays a key role in supporting our property management operations and ensuring excellent
service for owners and tenants.

Responsibilities Include:
● Assisting the property management team with day-to-day operations
● Conducting property runs (posting notices, delivering documents, picking up keys,
lockboxes, etc.)
● Coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair requests
● Communicating with tenants, owners, and vendors regarding work orders and follow-ups
● Performing move-in and move-out inspections and documenting property condition
● Preparing lease packets and renewal documents
● Posting and removing notices as required
● Assisting with tenant move-ins and move-outs
● Tracking maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion
● Coordinating access for vendors, inspectors, and contractors
● Maintaining organized digital and physical property files
● Assisting with compliance items (inspections, permits, required notices)
● Supporting property managers with administrative and field tasks as needed
