Pay: $22 - $30+ per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every other Friday off)
Week 1: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Week 2: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented team player to join our growing crew. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for cutting-edge builds, and experience in RV, expedition vehicles, marine, or 12V electrical systems, this could be your next great opportunity!

Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble key components for custom vans with precision and craftsmanship.
- Install accessories and essential features while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Operate power tools (drills, grinders, saws) to drill, grind, cut, and fasten materials.
- Follow build procedures, blueprints, and safety guidelines meticulously.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Hands-on experience in RV, marine, or 12V electrical systems, including knowledge of Victron and EcoFlo components. At this time, we will only consider candidates with relevant RV technician experience.
- REQUIRED: Collaborative team player who can self-start, support teammates, and lead positively day-to-day. This role is not a fit for someone looking to work fully independently without collaboration.
- Valuable Skills: Construction, woodworking, metalworking, automotive parts installation, and basic plumbing.
- Proficiency: Power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders.
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs. and handle hands-on tasks.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Mindset: Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new skills.
