$20–$24/hr DOE | Hayward, CA | Full-Time
📍 East Bay | Near Hwy 92 & 880
About the Opportunity
Staffing USA Partners, a 100% Veteran-Owned Staffing Agency, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Warehouse Associate for one of our established Bay Area clients in the production and distribution industry.
This is a hands-on role combining local driving, warehouse support, and order handling. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and being a key part of daily operations, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups
Load, unload, and secure products for transport
Assist with warehouse duties, including staging, palletizing, and inventory support
Verify delivery paperwork, invoices, and signatures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and delivery vehicles
Communicate with dispatch and office staff regarding routes and schedules
Follow all safety, DOT, and company procedures
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: Early morning / day shift (exact hours provided upon interview)
Pay Range: $20–$24 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start Date: Immediate — qualified candidates may start ASAP!
Qualifications
Valid California Driver’s License (clean driving record required)
Prior delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
