Real Estate Analyst

Capital Bridge Partners, Inc. is searching for an ambitious and driven candidate to join our growing team. Our Company is a high-volume, opportunistic real estate firm that specializes in private-money lending (non-bank real estate loans) and opportunistic equity investments. We are looking for an individual that can handle all aspects of both our Fund and Company assets. Multi-tasking and possessing a "roll up your sleeves" attitude is a must.

We are lean and profitable and need an individual that feels comfortable learning and taking initiative, growing into their position and taking possession and responsibility for their work.

Our Analyst will learn how to underwrite real estate in order to both originate a high volume of loans and purchase value-add properties. Responsibilities will eventually span the life cycle of a real estate loan from originations to underwriting, closing, servicing, and Fund management. The candidate should likewise expect these skills to translate into real estate ownership, from acquisitions and value-add development to management and dispositions. .

Specifically, the candidate will learn and expect to take increasing responsibility to:
- Underwrite and value real estate for potential loans and/or acquisition targets
- Model and derive property values
- Assist in all phases of real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Collect, index, review and summarize due diligence materials
- Review and analyze title reports and surveys
- Prepare and review loan documents
- Assist with document organization, indexing and distribution of closing materials
- Analyze daily loan request submittals per company underwriting parameters and protocols
