Working Men Moving is a fast-growing, professional moving company looking for an organized, reliable Dispatcher to join our team. This is a key role that keeps our crews moving and our customers happy.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Dispatch and manage moving crews throughout the day
• Coordinate schedules, routes, and job details efficiently
• Communicate clearly with drivers, movers, and customers
• Monitor job progress and handle changes smoothly
• Update job notes, statuses, and schedules in the system
• Help ensure every move runs on time and professionally

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Dispatch or logistics experience (moving industry preferred)
• Experience with the Smart Moving app/software is highly preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check
