💼 Sales Representative – Working Men Moving 18/hr + Commission

Working Men Moving is a fast-growing, professional moving company looking for a motivated Sales Representativewho knows how to close, follow up, and create smooth move days. If you’re confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and driven by results, this role is for you.

You won’t just be booking jobs—you’ll be helping maximize revenue, reduce cancellations, and set our operations team up for success.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Convert leads into booked moving jobs
• Follow up with missed calls, online leads, and unbooked quotes
• Re-engage past customers for repeat and referral business
• Provide accurate, detailed move estimates
• Ask the right questions (inventory, stairs, elevators, parking, distance, access, etc.)
• Upsell packing services, materials, storage, and add-ons
• Enter complete and accurate notes into the system (Smart Moving experience is a plus)
• Confirm move details before move day to reduce cancellations and surprises
• Communicate special instructions or red flags to dispatch and operations
• Help generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business
