Quality Control Specialist with CMM Experience

Mac Cal Co., Inc. located in north San Jose is a precision sheet metal and contract manufacturing company that has been in business for over 60 years.

We currently have an opening for a Quality Control Inspector with at least 5 years of experience. This is a full-time on site position.

Duties include the following: Measures dimensions of manufactured parts throughout the process; Part Authorization Forms (PAF), First Article, In-process, Final, and sign off shipping documents.

The applicant should have experience in the following areas: Operating a CMM, Sheet metal fabrication, and clean room experience.

Full knowledge of metrology, and ANSI - Y14.5 along with a complete understanding of blue print reading, weld inspection, fixtures and templates.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical procedures, customer’s requirements, and respond to questions from other departments.
