IP Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote)

Seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys complex legal challenges, and excels at written advocacy. This is a fully remote position working directly with the CEO of a newly formed company that is acquiring all the assets of Cookies.co.

Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the CEO to resolve IP and other legal matters
• Conduct legal research and draft high‑quality briefs, motions, and other litigation documents
• Manage deadlines, filings, and case workflows with minimal supervision
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and client communications
Qualifications
• Active California Bar license (required)
• 3–5 years of overall litigation experience, preferably with a focus on intellectual property
• Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration
