SHOTCRETE NOZZLEMAN – $40–$45/HR
We are hiring an experienced, ACI-certified Shotcrete Nozzleman for steady work. This is a hands-on role for professionals who know their craft and take safety seriously.
Pay
💰 $40–$45 per hour (based on experience & certification)
Required Qualifications
ACI Certified Shotcrete Nozzleman (Wet-Mix or Dry-Mix)
1–3+ years of shotcrete experience (more for advanced structural work)
Strong knowledge of nozzle control, shooting techniques, and placement methods
Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings
Experience operating shotcrete pumps, mixers, and compressed-air equipment
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb scaffolding, and work outdoors in varying weather
Preferred Experience
Structural shotcrete experience including retaining walls, tunnels, pools, foundations, flatwork, and repair work
Knowledge of concrete materials, admixtures, curing requirements, and finishing practices
Must be a certified, experienced shotcrete professional
Skills & Expectations
Excellent hand-eye coordination and nozzle control
Strong understanding of material behavior during application
High level of safety awareness and OSHA compliance
Ability to lead or assist small crews
