Professional CDL-A Transport Drivers and Owner Operators needed ASAP!

Regional Specialized Transport, Bulk Tanker, End Dump, and Heavy Towing company seeks to expand with Step decks, Pneumatic tankers and Intermodal Container chassis for Energy and Utility support customers, both local Colorado and in the Southwest USA. Be your own boss, mostly on project work and run when you want, compensation is based on total % of haul! (*plus bonus).
Drivers dispatch themselves whenever possible and we expect Professionalism with that flexibility- the customer comes first, but we also want you to be successful and enjoy working for MRL Colorado! % Ownership and Management opportunities are also available for those willing to work into other responsibilities-owner has over 40 years experience and needs to "pass the torch" eventually to more younger, capable Operations personnel.

*MUST read and write English, and we will help you obtain your TWIC credentials for Utility, Government and Railroad operations. NO age requirements on tractors or trailers for Owner Operators, but must be well maintained and look professional!
*Minimum requirements: Drug and Alcohol free whilst on duty and pass a Drug and Alcohol test, Clean Clearinghouse report and 2 years experience with CDL-A equipment.
*We do some runs in the Mountains and in winter, but do not force dispatch and we do not require Mountain experience, but Safety is #1 both for our Drivers and the motoring public. We expect Professional Drivers and Owner operators to plan their routes accordingly to make $$ and be safe!
*Company leased and owned trailers, and all equipment is well maintained. We offer spare equipment for our Contractors when their trucks are down or in the shop for maintenance, and we will retrieve our Drivers and Owner Operators with our Heavy Wreckers when possible, for efficiency and cost savings.
*Most importantly, we care about our Drivers and Contractors, their families and their work/life balance. Live anywhere in or near Colorado/Western 12 States- and equipment can be taken home and is GPS tracked.
WE ARE FLEXIBLE and need good operators who can manage their own schedules and make $$ safely and efficiently. MVR must be relatively clean with less than 2 tickets in the last 2 years.
