We’re seeking a 1099 Project Manager / Sales Professional who wants to build a career — not just chase deals. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Follow up on proven, company-provided sales leads
• Develop and grow your personal book of business
• Perform roof and exterior inspections (hail, wind, storm, wear & tear)
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• Present scopes, estimates, and solutions confidently
• Manage client relationships from first contact to final completion
• Oversee roofing and exterior projects through installation
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Roofing or exterior sales experience preferred, not required
• Insurance restoration experience is a plus
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-driven, coachable, and professional
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing inspections
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
