Sales Representative – Payment Systems & POS Sales
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – local field sales + remote follow-up)

Atlas Payments is expanding in the Denver market and is looking for driven Sales Representatives to help local businesses upgrade their payment processing and point-of-sale systems.

This role is for individuals who want control over how they prospect, ownership in what they build, and long-term earning potential.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will prospect and engage local businesses such as restaurants, bars, cafes, retail shops, and food trucks.

You will speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.

You will identify payment processing and POS needs and present Clover POS solutions clearly and professionally.

You will close new merchant accounts, coordinate onboarding and installations, and maintain and grow your book of business over time.

HOW YOU PROSPECT

You choose the prospecting methods that work best for you, including cold calling, in-person visits, networking, referrals, or existing relationships.

You must be able to meet merchants on-site when needed.

This is a hybrid role combining in-person outreach with remote follow-up and account management.

HOW YOU GET PAID

This is a commission-only role with no cap.

You earn ongoing monthly income from every merchant you sign, paid every month in perpetuity as long as the account remains active.

A single account can generate a couple hundred dollars to a couple thousand dollars per month.

You also set your own setup and installation fees and keep 100% percent of them.

Setup fees commonly range from $500 to $3,000 dollars per account and are paid upfront.

Performance bonuses are available for strong production.

Top performers can earn well into six figures.

PORTFOLIO VALUE

As you sign merchants, you build a portfolio of active accounts that generates recurring monthly income.

That portfolio has real value, commonly estimated at 20 to 30 times the monthly recurring income.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

Sales experience strongly preferred.

Payments or POS experience is a plus but not required.

Motivated newcomers considered if coachable and self-driven.

Comfortable prospecting, handling objections, and following up.

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF

You need hourly pay or a guaranteed salary.

You are uncomfortable with commission-based income.

You avoid prospecting or follow-up.

You require constant supervision.
