Fast-paced food trailer and catering business based in Culpeper County, VA is hiring 2 dependable team members.

This is a hands-on, high-volume environment. We are looking for people who are reliable, fast, and work well as part of a small team.

1) Line Cook (High Volume)
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
• Able to handle speed, volume, and pressure
• Flat-top and fryer experience a plus
• Reliable, clean, and organized
• Comfortable working in a small food trailer

2) Window / Customer Service (Cross-Trained)
• Comfortable taking orders and handling payments
• Basic kitchen knowledge required
• Able to assist with plating, bagging, fries, and expo during busy periods
• Friendly, professional, and fast-paced
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and kitchen team
