Service Technician Flooring Sub Contractor

We are a leading residential/commercial flooring company seeking a highly experienced commercial/residential sub-contractor flooring teamfor our Fort Pierce area.
In order to be considered you must have the following:
Commercial working experience
Corporation or LLC
Current Workers Comp and General Liability coverage valid to work in the state of Florida.
Own transportation
Own tools
The successful team must have at least one of the following flooring experiences, but not limited to;
Hard wood, laminate, LVP flooring
In addition…
Good command of English language
Ability to follow schedules
Work in closed homes, homeowner involvement
Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers, office, builder supervisors etc.
Ability to read and understand installation instructions
Physical Demands
May require heavy lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds-climbing stairs with material
