BDC REPRESENTATIVE - AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing automotive dealership. The BDC Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team to drive showroom traffic and sales.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and internet leads promptly
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and unsold customers
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
• Follow dealership scripts and processes
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Work closely with the sales and management teams

Qualifications:
• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
