Finish / Lead Carpenter – Doors, Baseboard, Trim (Naples)

Hiring an experienced carpenter for ongoing residential projects in Naples.

Work includes:
• Interior and exterior door installation
• Baseboard, casing, and trim work
• Punch list and detail work
• Light supervision and coordination with subs

This role is roughly 50% hands-on carpentry and 50% overseeing small details on site.

Requirements:
• Strong carpentry skills (doors, trim, finish work)
• Can work independently and read plans
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Shows up on time and communicates

Pay based on experience. Steady work for the right person.
