Construction Supervisor Needed

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with strong housewrap and siding expertise to oversee an upcoming multi-family project. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing crews while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on site.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction operations with a focus on housewrap and siding installation

Manage and lead crews to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec

Inspect installations for quality, weatherproofing, and code compliance

Coordinate materials, scheduling, and jobsite logistics

Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman

Strong background in house wrap systems and siding (fiber cement)

Ability to read plans and understand building details

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of siding/house wrap experience

OSHA certification
