Make More Teaching Sales Professionals! (No selling required)

We are looking for a high quality Teacher or Sales Coach that likes to work with adults that have sales experience. Your goal will be to 1st learn as much about the residential water treatment industry as possible. This training will continue throughout your career, but the majority of this should be taught within 3-4 weeks. Once you have a pretty good grasp of the treatment of residential water for both City and Well supplies, you will then need to study one call closing. This will be done with both online and book studies, and also in the field with experienced sales reps.
Another very important section of your learning will be to learn all aspects of our financing, and what can be done with various credit scores.

You will be asked to travel around the state, with about half of the sales allowing for returning home at night. The other half is within 3 hours of our Winter Haven location, and we would put you up in a decent hotel or short term rental (depending on your preference) if needed. There will also be some in office time, but the majority of your days will be coaching existing reps, and training new ones.

Compensation:
This will be a salary plus commission position. This means you have a modest base, and then will receive an override based off of the sales of the entire team. You will not be required to personally sell anything. Our goal here is to hire a leader that can teach the brand new sales people, the veterans that still have learning to do, and our service technicians.

- $900 per week Starting Base Salary ($180 per day as a base) or $47K Annually
- 1% Sales Overrides of the entire sales staff and service team on top of your base (We have averaged $3.5 million in annual sales revenue the last several years, with the last few years ticking higher. There is quite a bit of room for growth!) $3,500,000 X 1% is $35k totaling $82,000 starting salary plus commissions. Where that goes depends on your ability to train reps properly. We only hire experienced sales closers. Most of what you will train is how to sell water treatment.
