Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. Designed for those who appreciate elevated style and atmosphere, Hamlin House is where exceptional cuisine, meaningful connection, and sport come together to create a life beyond the lines.  JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced line cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group.   Key Responsibilities:  Execute all food items and mise-en-place with precision and consistency.  Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.  Communicate effectively with Management regarding product quality and inventory levels.  Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks.  Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.  Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out)  Perform station break-downs and deep cleaning duties with pride and professionalism.  Qualifications:  2+ years of kitchen experience on the line  Open availability  Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary skills and cooking techniques  Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence  Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant   Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods  At JF Restaurants, we foster a collaborative, supportive, and inspiring work culture where culinary professionals can thrive and advance.   We offer:  Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance ../ 401(k) retirement plan  Paid sick and vacation days  Transit and commuter benefits  Exclusive dining discounts at JF Restaurants  Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at Hamlin House.
