We're a busy residential repipe company specializing in whole-home water line replacements (PEX or copper). Our crews work efficiently to complete most jobs in 1-2 days, minimizing disruption for homeowners. We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join us!

Repipe Crew 2nd Lead

Assist the lead technician in coordinating daily tasks, cutting and installing new piping, drywall access/patching, pressure testing, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Previous plumbing or repipe experience required (at least 1-2 years preferred).
Strong attention to detail, ability to read basic plans, and leadership potential.
Must have reliable transportation, basic tools, and a clean driving record.
Pay: Up to $30/hour (based on experience) + bonuses for same-day job completions!

Repipe Crew Helper

Support the crew with material handling, cutting openings in walls, running new lines, cleanup, and learning the repipe process hands-on.
No experience necessary – we'll train motivated candidates!
Physical fitness required (lifting, ladder work, working in attics/crawl spaces).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
Pay: Up to $20/hour (based on experience) + bonuses for same-day job completions!
